Sales and Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities The candidate is expected to regularly engage with customers to establish rapport, surpass sales and service revenue targets, and enhance profitability. Responsibilities include annual business planning, sales forecasting, expense management, and active prospecting through 'cold visits' and 'cold calls.' Additionally, the candidate should participate in presales activities, reporting, and documentation to enhance product, application, and support knowledge. Proactive and cost-effective handling of customer service requests is crucial, including planning and scheduling weekly, monthly, and quarterly services, such as demonstrations, installations, maintenance, AMC, and addressing breakdowns.

We require a graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Science with a robust sales background. Proficiency in service troubleshooting and a comprehensive understanding of our products, applications, and support are essential. Proficiency in MS-Office and CRM database is also required.
