Scienaptic - Product Manager (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities.

Product Launch & Market Introduction.

- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for launching new products in the market.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engagement teams, to create Go-to-Market plans.

- Own the Product Feedback Loop.

- Conduct product demonstrations for clients to showcase new features and benefits.

- Gather extensive client feedback during and after product launches to identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch reviews and implementing lessons learned.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product offerings.

- Translate feedback into actionable items for the product roadmap.

- Documentation & Training.

- Create detailed product manuals and training materials to support client onboarding and usage.

- Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of product functionalities.

- Collaboration with Tech Teams.

- Work closely with the Data Science and Tech teams to prioritize feedback and integrate it into future product iterations.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and report on key metrics to inform ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

Required:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Product Management.

- Proven track record in launching new products and managing the growth trajectory of products from 1 to 10 stages (or milestones).

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
