Mechanical Thermal Design

Thermal calculation, Heat load calculation, Refrigeration air-conditioning design related exposure.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CAD models, drawings, detailed design, assembly and fabrication drawings using Solid edge and AutoCAD.
• Thermal calculation, Heat load calculation, Refrigeration air-conditioning design related exposure.
• ICE plant storage system OEM aggregate selection and integration with the plant.
• Create BOM: O M manuals and other related design documentation.
• Interact within team and other team for proposal design and for estimation
• Basic requirements of GD T, welding process and welding symbols.
• Have good knowledge of ICE plant or Air-conditioning manufacturing process including mechanical structure engineering.
• Study and analyze ECR, ECO received and make implementation plan

Required Skills:

• Expertise in 3D CAD tools of Solid Edge AutoCAD
• Expertise in Solid Edge part and Sheet metal work
• Expertise in Solid Edge Assembly and Draft preparation.
• CAD model Draft should deliver on time.
• Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
