Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design needs and business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on branding, visual identity, and design strategy.
• Develop design concepts and present recommendations that align with company and client goals.
• Execute design projects, from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality results.
• Review and refine existing design assets, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design alignment with business strategies.
• Oversee and participate in design execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines for both the company and its clients.
• Conduct design audits and prepare proposals and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Design Consultant, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, UI/UX, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
