Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our growing tech team at Truva. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building end-to-end product features for our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a highly scalable platform that is transforming the home-buying journey in India.

You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, including creating highly usable, scalable database designs and APIs. This role requires a strong understanding of modern technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build end-to-end product features for Truva's platform.

- Develop both frontend and backend solutions, ensuring high-quality consumer-facing websites.

- Create and maintain highly scalable and efficient databases and APIs.

- Solve complex technical challenges and work on optimizing system performance.

- Collaborate with the team to deliver product features on time and with the highest standards.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Implement strong problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.

- Proven expertise in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, Node.js.

- Strong experience in frontend development, with solid knowledge of React.js.

- Solid experience with server-side development, database design, and API integration.

- In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and database integration.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
