Job Description
- Oversee LinkedIn profile performance, using tools like Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Identify target ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) segments and tailor LinkedIn strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the company\u2019s portfolio on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, ensuring that all showcased projects accurately reflect current capabilities.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to cross-functional teams, including documentation and coordination
- Conceptualize and design marketing/sales materials such as pitch decks, business PPTs, flyers, and other creative assets to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop compelling, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client proposals, internal reviews, and external pitching sessions.
- Assist in preparing pitch materials, preparing relevant case studies, and tailoring presentations to each prospect\u2019s needs.
- Use various LinkedIn strategies and outreach campaigns to identify and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to synchronize efforts and share insights on outreach effectiveness.
Requirements- Minimum 0-6 months of experience in Lead Generation
- Fundamental knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer engagement principles.
- Knowledge and skills in marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and lead generation
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
- A willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to new methods in lead generation and sales processes.
- Accuracy in managing and documenting lead information.
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and learn new tools or techniques as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential leads and team members.
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Benefits- Office Hours: 5 days a week with first and third Saturday working.
