Manager - Product UPI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the payment acceptance landscape in India and being able to translate that into comprehensive solutions for merchants
• Deep understanding of regulatory and network (Visa/Mastercard/NPCI) requirements
• Deep understanding of scheme charges, interchange, and merchant pricing dynamics
• Good knowledge of new technologies, innovations, and product / VAS solutions specifically for UPI.
• Create roadmap for new products specially for UPI.
• Responsible for identification of business opportunity basis industry and competition benchmarking.
• Responsible for delivering per network equitable distribution of business revenue/throughput.
• Analyze merchant needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to drive activation/GMV growth in portfolio.
• Focus on relationship management, deepening and cross sell strategy / Improve customer satisfaction.
• Run advance analytics to improve portfolio quality, drive sales / relationship teams and distribution partners.
• Phenomenal Market Research skills.
