Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
- Drive business performance across assigned RBO branches to achieve channel targets
- Monitor and optimize Loss Ratios within defined parameters
- Execute activation campaigns across branches systematically
- Ensure consistent business activation at SBI bank partner branches
- Focus on achieving new business and renewal targets
- Track and improve retention metrics
Product Management
- Drive focus products performance
- Support new product launches and implementations
- Achieve product-wise Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets
- Promote cross-selling opportunities
Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key bank stakeholders
- Regular engagement with corporate clients
- Conduct periodic business reviews with RBOs
- Address operational challenges affecting business growth
- Maintain strong communication channels with all partners
