Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ruby Developer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Ruby applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Integrate data storage solutions, including MySQL and other relational databases.
- Work with Ruby ORM frameworks (e.g., ActiveRecord, Sequel) to interact seamlessly with databases.
- Utilize Jinja2 templating for dynamic content rendering and ensure smooth integration into the application stack.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
- Implement scalable architectures while adhering to best practices for code quality, organization, and testing.
- Create and maintain database schemas that support business processes.
- Build and maintain automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and common libraries (e.g., RSpec, Resque).
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and experience with database design and optimization.
- Expertise with Ruby ORM frameworks, including ActiveRecord or Sequel.
