Sr. Lead SCM Chopper Operations

Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).

• Patronage of air operations: Monitor, oversee and advise operations coordinators for effective planning and execution; Plan and execute special / non-scheduled commitments.
• Monitor the maintenance schedules as per manufacturers recommendations vis-à- vis chopper requirements.
• Advise and implement a safe and quality maintenance practice
• Monitor timely procurement of spare parts to ensure that the machine is pivot grounded for this reason.
• Envisage for forthcoming helicopter requirements and plan / project the budgetary requirements. Maintain a fine coherence with the budget allocations with respect to chopper funds release and subsequent utilization of budget.
• Prepare daily schedule daily flight report, and monthly report for helicopter utilization; Passenger details report (to and fro); Monthly cargo reports
• Coordinate with Materials Manager, Rig Coordinator, all service company coordinators engaged in drilling operations; cargo movement and sortie requirement Plan
• Coordinate with AAI, Local airport authority, DGCA, contractors, helicopter operators for safe and smooth operation of helicopter

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Planning, scheduling and execution of Helicopter operations
• Ensure uninterrupted helicopter service to meet any emergency or operational requirements
• Control over operations and proper documentations
• Safety and security of helicopter and passengers

Experience:

• SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: Min 15 years in Aviation field. Preferably Ex-serviceman.
• OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 20 Years

Qualification:

1. Should have holder of Pilot/ Licensed AME or an Engineering graduate with working experience in Helicopter Operational environment. (Ex-serviceman will be preferred).
