Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to oversee the installation and assembly of laboratory setups using advanced technology to regularly test the quality of water. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring the correct installation of devices, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of lab equipment. The Service Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and support.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the installation of lab setups or similar technical fields.
Diploma,B.Sc. M.Sc,BBA, MBA or a related field. Additional certifications in service management or technical support are a plus.
