Position: Inside sales specialist | Academic Counsellor
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 1-3 years from EdTech background
Budget : up to 8LPA
Shift Timings: Domestic: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM | US: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM
- 6 Days working
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively reach out to prospective learners, converting warm leads into opportunities for enrollment.
- Provide personalized career advice, guiding students through the academic programs and explaining how they can contribute to their professional development.
- Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with learners, close enrollment deals, and consistently meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals.
- Offer in-depth counseling on program details, demonstrating their relevance and value to the learners' careers and goals.
- Oversee the entire enrollment process, from the first contact through to post-sale support and follow-up.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with leads and provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting.
Key Skills and Experience :
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the EdTech or education industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and offer tailored academic and career guidance.
