Corporate Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads.
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with C-level/CXO-level executives to build strong relationships and understand their specific recruitment and talent engagement needs.
- Solution Presentation: Effectively present our Enterprise solutions, highlighting the value proposition and demonstrating how our services can address clients' challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
- Sales Strategy Development: Conceptualize and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume and achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Support: Schedule web demos, sales appointments, and provide support to Sales Managers in lead qualification.
- CRM Utilization: Actively utilize our Sales CRM platform to track accounts, manage the sales process, and update weekly progress reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-level/CXO-level executives.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
- Certifications in sales or recruitment.
