Position Title- Site Supervisor

Job brief

A site supervisor manages construction projects from start to finish. They ensure that work is done safely, on time, and within budget. They also ensure that the work meets quality standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers: Create work schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure workers are performing their duties
• Inspect the site: Regularly inspect the site to identify and address hazards
• Ensure safety: Ensure workers wear protective equipment and follow safety practices
• Manage materials: Ensure the construction crew has the right materials for the job
• Coordinate with others: Work with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Report: Provide regular reports to the construction manager or site manager
• Maintain quality: Ensure that the work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Meet deadlines: Ensure that the project is completed on time
• Control costs: Ensure that the project is completed within budget
