Job Description

Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance
Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services and maintenance
Organize and supervise other office activities
Adhere to policies and regulations
Provides day-to-day staff support for the unit, including preparing
documents and reports, providing office services, scheduling and
facilitating meetings, and travel arrangements.
Verifies patient billing information, as appropriate to the activities of the
unit; processes patient and guest accounts, and maintains records.
Check monthly inventory in order to track the cost of sales and ensure
company assets are accurately accounted for.
Monitor inventory items to ensure proper control.
Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as
well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
Handle guests questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and
courteously.
Collects verifies, records, and maintains data on clinical activity and/or
research; prepares associated reports as required.
Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
