Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points to inform design decisions. UI/UX Design Design user interfaces that provide a seamless and cohesive experience across various features and modules Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent experience. Visual Branding: Maintain visual consistency and branding guidelines throughout the platform, aligning with the company's brand identity. User Flow and Interaction Design: Design user flows and interactions that guide users through complex processes and workflows with clarity and efficiency. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and insights, iteratively improving designs based on user input. Data Visualization: Design visually engaging data visualization components that enable users to understand and interpret marketing performance metrics. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals. Communicate design rationale and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams. About your experience: Proven experience (5-6 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with exposure to marketing automation or related software. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.
