Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CAPA reports) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality procedures, processes, and records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  
• PG Diploma in Mechanical or BE Mech with relevant experience; NDT Level II certification preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of forgings and machining processes; knowledge of IATF 16949:2018 standard an asset.
