Figma Designer ( Graphics Designer )

Key Responsibilities:

Figma Design:

• Design and prototype user interfaces, mobile apps, and web layouts using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides in Figma.
• PowerPoint Presentations:
• Create visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Design custom slide templates that align with the brand's visual identity.
• Collaborate with teams to visualize data and complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Graphic Design:

• Develop creative graphics, illustrations, and visual content for digital and print media.
• Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and more.
• Ensure consistency in visual language and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
• Design Logo

Photoshop & Image Editing:

• Edit and retouch photos, images, and other visual elements using Photoshop.
• Manipulate images to create composite designs, remove backgrounds, and enhance visual quality.
• Work on color correction, photo restoration, and optimizing images for web and print.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce short videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects to enhance video content.
• Ensure that all video content is on-brand, engaging, and optimized for various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Figma Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience in creating and managing design systems.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with a strong visual impact.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including Figma designs, graphics, presentations, and video content.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of brand identity and corporate design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
