Sarvaha Systems - Lead React.js Developer - Javascript Frameworks (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Sarvaha would like to welcome a talented Lead React Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for a frontend specialist who is passionate about React and is excited to take up a technical leadership role in building and optimizing our frontend applications. This role requires a solid background in UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a deep commitment to modern frontend practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development efforts using React, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery.

- Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers and quality engineers in a cross-functional team environment.

- Drive the adoption of new React features, tools and best practices to enhance the development process and user experience.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on all React-related matters, staying current with the latest React updates and trends.

- Participate in development processes such as pair programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code quality and delivery times.

- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize frontend performance, scalability, and usability.

- Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and UX team to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Promote teamwork, ensuring that the team focuses on shared goals and outcomes.

Skills Required :

- BE/BTech/MTech (CS/IT or MCA), with emphasis on Software Engineering, is highly preferable.

- 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to working exclusively with React.

- Experience in frontend performance optimization and scaling React applications.

- Strong expertise in React with experience building complex, scalable frontend applications.

- Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an obsession with creating efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing UI components.

- Demonstrated understanding and practice of modern frontend development processes, including pair programming, TDD, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead junior developers on best practices in React and frontend development.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product managers.

- Passion for learning, with an interest in staying updated with the latest React developments and a willingness to introduce new technologies to the team.

- Excellent communication skills and an interest in understanding the business impact of the product.
