Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Actively involved with the buyers for day to day correspondence and updating them with the detailed status of their current orders and sampling.
• Follow up to buyer and buying houses for new development and orders.
• Meeting with buyers and buying houses
• TNA and Costings.
• Suggesting the international buyer with raw material and technical to deliver the right product with right price
• Price Negotiations with the buyers and buying houses.
• Work on the buyer testing requirement before production start.
• Hardware direct order to China, Hong Kong, and Indian supplier and follow for the timely delivery
• Given work programs to product development team , pattern master and workers
• Sample check as per buyer requirement before dispatch
• Production Follow Up and Vendor Management
• Supervision of sample to production department.
• Making the detailed specification sheets for the easy understanding of production/sampling floor
• Preparing BOM(Bill Of Material) to ensure that the product made is exactly as per the specifications provided or requested by the customer
• Preperation of sampling invoices for payment purposes
• Check courier invoices for billing purpose
