Role & responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP HR) based on business needs.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data entered into the SAP system.
• Perform regular checks to validate entered data and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Generate reports from SAP data as required for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in SAP system updates or enhancements related to data management and data entry processes.
• Work closely with other SAP users, teams, and departments to gather required data and ensure proper data flow within the SAP system.
• Provide support for data entry issues by identifying problems and escalating them when necessary.
