Project Manager

Requirement: Diploma / BE in Civil with 12 to 20 years of experience.

Ideal candidate should have worked on High rise Apartments projects, Commercial Buildings Land Development works.

Preferably Government related projects.

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in high-rise apartment projects, commercial buildings, and land development works, preferably in government-related projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.
• Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, resource allocation, team management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• A background in managing government contracts and familiarity with regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
