Sanofi is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader for the role of P&C Data Governance and Master Data Management Leader . This critical position is responsible for the management and governance of Workday position and organization data, as well as core taxonomy administration (jobs and skills), HR self-service report design, HR data governance, data lineage, data quality, and analytical support tools for People & Culture. The leader in this role will ensure data integrity across all workforce and employee datasets, driving continuous improvement programs globally. This role requires deep expertise in data management best practices, along with the ability to influence and lead data governance initiatives across Sanofi s People & Culture (P&C) function.
