Manager - SAP Retail Lead Consultant (Sales & Distribution)

Position: SAP Retail Lead Consultant - Sales & Distribution (B2B and B2C sales through SAP, Point of Sales integration)

We are urgently hiring a SAP Retail Lead Consultant (Sales & Distribution) for a leading client from Retail (Fashion & Lifestyle) Industry headquartered in Delhi, India.

Key Business Processes:

• PoS Sales integration
• SAP B2B Order to Cash Cycle
• SAP B2C Order to Cash Cycle
• Integration with captive websites & online sales platforms (e.g., Myntra, Flipkart)
• Integration with Online Order Management Systems (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum)
• Integration with GST Portal & related systems

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 6 years of relevant SAP business process experience.
• Experience in at least 3 implementation/support projects, preferably within the Retail Domain.
• The candidate should be well-versed in the skill sets mentioned below.

Reporting / Working Relationships:

• The SAP Retail Lead Consultant will report to the SAP Applications Head within the IT team.
• Depending on the size and scale of each project, they will also report to key stakeholders, such as the Business Architect, Project Sponsor, etc.

Job Description Summary:

• The SAP Retail Lead Consultant will be involved in solution design, implementation, roll-out, support, enhancements, and third-party integrations.
• He/She will be responsible for creating appropriate documentation for development.
• He/She will ensure the completion of the project within set deadlines.

Detailed Job Description:

• The candidate will handle configuration and enhancements related to the Sales & Distribution modules of IS-Retail, as per requirements.
• Responsibilities include:
• Sales & Distribution-related configuration & enhancement.
• Determining Pricing Procedures with necessary Condition types, access sequences, and Condition tables as per business requirements.
• Performing Unit and Integration testing.
• Coordinating with the ABAP developer by identifying the correct tables & fields for Z programs and reports.
• Conducting end-user training, presentations, and creating documentation (e.g., user manuals, master data manuals, and customization guides) along with post-live support.
• Managing SAP integration with captive and third-party websites.

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be driven to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SD Certification
• Exposure to SAP IS-Retail
• Understanding of online business operations
• Exposure to SAP Warehouse Management
