Architectural Draughtsman

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and details using CAD.
• Work closely with architects and project managers to develop technical drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure that drawings adhere to building codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for accurate documentation.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and ensure timely delivery of work

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Architecture/Civil Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in CAD is a must. Knowledge of other 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, layouts, and working drawings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with the design and execution teams.
