Senior React Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced React Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development and a deep understanding of the React ecosystem.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience with React, TS, and its ecosystem
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Extensive experience with Redux, React Router, and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API)
• Express + Node Experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, reusable React components
• Lead complex front-end development projects from conception to deployment
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Establish best practices and coding standards\

Technical Requirements

• Core Skills:

○ Advanced React TS (Hooks, Context, HOCs)

○ State management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX)

○ TypeScript

○ REST APIs and GraphQL

○ Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)

○ Performance optimization techniques

• Additional Skills:

○ Express experience is a plus

○ Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools

○ CI/CD pipelines

○ Git version control

○ Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

○ Web accessibility standards (WCAG)

○ Experience with:
