Job Description
- Moderate knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, Linux/Unix distributions), specifically with regards to system builds, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding in using automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, etc.
- Deep understanding of cloud native services. (compute / storage / networking / security)
- Ability to architect solutions for various engineering teams
- Must have basic programming or scripting skills in at least one language such as Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.
- Configuring and managing cloud IAM policies with RBAC, SSO.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkin, Bitbucket, etc.
- Ability to configure monitoring and observability of cloud resources to ensure optimal usage.
- Good troubleshooting skills related to network and security issues within the cloud
- Participate in some On-Call support including but not limited to weekends, holidays and after-business hours as required to service the need of the business.
- This position is based in India but is required to have flexibility to overlap with US business hours to support global customers and attend morning or evening meetings.
- Excellent in creating technical documentation.
