Assembly Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production assembly line operations, including material handling, quality control, and packaging.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies on new product designs to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of assembly procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices (SOPs).
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunctions or defects during production runs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-8 years of experience in assembly engineering with expertise in plastic injection molding industry.
  
• Strong understanding of assembly line management principles and ability to design efficient workflows.
  
• Experience working with various materials such as metals, plastics, rubber etc., used in industrial equipment/machinery manufacturing.
