Role & responsibilities

1. Having knowledge of the machining process in CNC/VMC and part setup

2. positive can do attitude to problem solving developing systems and improving business performance

3. Handling 5 axis and 6 axis machining

4. Programming of CNC/VMC machining for new parts using graphical interface

5. Exposer in fixture concept cycle time and scape in production time

6. Providing technical input on matters such as tooling selection , processing parameters work holding processing sequence finishing and packing

7. Ensuring that the team remain in date with mandatory training
