Job Description
Urgent Requirement: National FPO Mission Manager
Organisation: Samvedna Development Society (Hiring for a long-term PMU support project)
Location: New Delhi (O/o Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare)
Salary: ₹25 LPA
Qualification:
- Post-graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Agri. Marketing/Food Science or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
- 15+ years of cumulative experience in policy formulation, supervision, and monitoring in the field of FPO/post-harvest management & marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the project teams work.
- Coordinate with state teams and government stakeholders.
- Liaison with central and state governments and related agencies.
- Monitor and ensure identified FPOs receive entitled benefits under various schemes.
- Ensure FPOs under the project thrive and achieve economic sustainability.
