SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER


We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in designing complex, data-heavy applications. This role requires a deep understanding of information architecture, data visualization, and interaction design for advanced workflows. The ideal candidate will be experienced in turning large datasets into intuitive, actionable, and visually compelling user experiences.

Education & Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years leading design teams or guiding design strategy in data-heavy environments.
Proven experience in designing dashboards, data visualization tools, enterprise applications, or other data-intensive products.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Expertise in UX/UI tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD).
Strong knowledge of information architecture, hierarchical data structures, and designing for complex user workflows.
Experience designing interactive data visualizations.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for presenting large datasets to diverse users.
Experience in responsive design and ensuring usability across desktop and mobile interfaces.

Soft Skills & Leadership

Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly, visually intuitive experiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with engineers, product managers, and data teams.
Strategic thinker who can balance high-level vision with detailed execution.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agile or lean environments and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Experience with designing for enterprise, fintech, SaaS, analytics, or other data-heavy applications.
