Manager Enterprise Risk Management

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop / suggest improvements in existing various risk related frameworks such as Enterprise Risk Management, country risk, third party risk framework, strategic risk framework.

- Lead the execution and roll out of ERM framework to various business units in alignment with Infosys strategic vision and objectives.

- Continuously scan the internal and external environment to identify risks, opportunities and threats to the organization strategy and operations.

- Work with senior management to identify risks to the strategy, strategy execution and enable risk informed decision making though risk analytics.

- Work with the business functions to understand the strategic plan assumptions, challenge the conventional thinking, stress test assumptions and enable risk informed decision making by using risk framework.

Develop risk models :

- Develop risk appetite for new key risk areas identified and periodically review appetite for already defined risk areas.

- Identify leading and lagging key risk indicators, define risk tolerance thresholds for each indicator.

- Identify potential automation opportunities including predictive analytics.

- Leading and program management of the automation initiatives of ERM to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Conduct country risk assessment :

- Continuously scan client sector, macroeconomic, geopolitical risks identify, and assess consequential risk to Infosys arising because of uncertainty / changes in client sector, macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape.

- Delivers and maintains education, training, and awareness programs to imbibe the risk management culture to support effective implementation of ERM.

- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of identified risks and mitigation actions.

- Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior business stakeholders.
