Production Manager

SAMAR STEEL INDUSTRY is looking for Production Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources

• Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency
• Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment
