Role - Business Development
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable deals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of projects in the assigned region, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and select suitable vendors to support project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
