We are seeking a salesforce developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Create and optimize custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts
• Build complex workflows, process builders, and flow builders
• Write efficient triggers and Apex classes
• Implement validation rules and formula fields Configure applications and design solutions to meet specific business requirements, utilizing both out-of-the-box features and custom development
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flow)
• Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
• Experience with version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Salesforce AppExchange products
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. Experience with Sales Cloud
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
• Experience with integration and deployment tools
• Understanding of service and application life cycle management (cradle to grave)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and development
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Desired Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of TaskRay features, data model, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with TaskRay implementation, configuration, and customization
