Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to support business needs. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and administrators to ensure seamless Salesforce integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements.
• Configure Salesforce using flows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Assist in data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and SOQL queries for data analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation for customizations, configurations, and development work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with flows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
