Job Description:

The Salesforce Senior Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce platforms, including projects, enhancements, and production support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor to a growing global team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience in Salesforce development, more experience would be preferable.
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Possesses current Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 & 2, App Builder, Experience/Service Cloud.
• Strong background in core web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in REST & SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Conga.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce and Force.com implementation experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
• Experience with batch processing and integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and related products.
• Ability to design solutions using Salesforce's standard features and custom development tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitHub and Azure for Salesforce deployments.
• End-to-end experience in requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in solution design, effort estimation, and Agile methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, document, and deploy business solutions on the Salesforce platform following best practices.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements and objectives.
• Lead technical design sessions, ensuring documentation and compliance with business goals.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce technical team to implement CI/CD tools and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and challenges to management.
