Sales Target Achievement
- Sell assigned portfolio of products within the designated geographic territory, ensuring revenue growth in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Achieve the established selling-out targets for the region.
Territory Management Business Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to drive product usage, brand recommendation (MOR), and surpass sales goals.
- Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage and drive sales.
Customer Relationship Business Partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain consultative sales relationships with clients, focusing on long-term business partnerships.
- Support customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively, balancing service quality with cost efficiency.
Sales Promotions Product Mix
- Identify and implement the most effective promotional tactics to maximize sales, with a focus on an optimized product mix (push sales/volume).
- Monitor the execution of promotions, ensuring Philips has the right product presence and space in customer accounts.
Stock Inventory Management
- Regularly monitor customer stock levels, address "out of stock" situations, and ensure timely order collection.
- Ensure Philips products are prominently displayed and available in the market, especially in accounts without merchandising.
Performance Tracking Reporting
- Conduct regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) to track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as opportunities created, win ratio, sales pipeline, forecast vs. bookings, and AR overdue percentage.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with account management, sales teams, and marketing to optimize pricing, promotional activities, and sales strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for sales personnel to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement LEAN Practices Drive continuous improvements in sales processes and operational efficiency using LEAN principles.
