Accountant

The person is expected to handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and general ledger entries.

Responsibilities
1. Manage the complete Accounts both invoicing customers and internal finance.
2. Handling employee payroll.
3. Prepare and file income tax returns for the company in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
4. Handle GST-related tasks, including tax calculations, filing returns, and maintaining records of GST transactions.
5. Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
6. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
8. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for financial analysis and forecasting.
9. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations changes, and ensure compliance in all financial activities.
10. Coordinate with external/internal auditors during the audit process and provide necessary documentation and information.

Skills
1. Graduate with Finance expsoure.
2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of tax filing procedures and regulations.
4. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other taxation laws and processes.
5. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
