In a Nutshell

• Full time Based in Chennai/Hyderabad/ Pune
• Super Early Stage
• 1 - 3 years working in Gold Loan Appraising especially either in NBFC or Banking Industry/ Gold Loan Industry

In this Role you will

• Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro s gold loan products.
• Be responsible for lead generation
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
• Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
• Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

What were looking for in a candidate

• Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
• Good communication, presentation and retention skills
• A knack for establishing rapport with customers
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented
• Must have a bike to travel
