1.Upto date Real Estate Knowledge with the current market & competition
2.Maintain Ethics & integrity at work

7.New leads follow up within half an hour of lead generation (Do all necessary messages to clients as decided)
8.Maintain CRM with all correct details.
9.Ensure no overdue follow ups on daily basis.
10.Follow up to all leads to schedule the visits. (Do all necessary messages to clients as decided)
11.Site visits to clients. (Follow complete process of the site visits already given in written)
12.Follow up to clients after site visit.
13.Updated on all project related information
14.Knowledge of all finance, tax benefits, interest rates of housing loans etc
15.Personal care, always be we'll dressed in office hours.
16.Use only positive words with clients.
17.Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting before leaving the office.
