Loan Product Sales:Promote and sell property loans, home loans, and secured business loans.
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
Documentation and Processing:Collect and verify customer documents, including income proofs, property documents, and financial statements.
Prepare and submit loan applications to the bank or financial institution.
Follow up on loan applications and ensure timely processing.
Target Achievement:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Continuously strive to improve sales performance.
Market Knowledge:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Identify new business opportunities and explore innovative sales strategies.
