About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Negotiate deals and close sales.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Financial Performance:
- Manage sales budgets and expenses.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
