Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at WCube located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves leading a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of WCube's client base.
Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
  • Team Leadership and Business Development skills
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the tech industry or B2B marketplace is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field

Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Gurugram region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Create actionable sales plans for the team, blending field and remote efforts.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify, engage, and onboard potential B2B clients in the region
  • Conduct on-site client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.

Filed and Revenue Focus

  • Oversee field sales operations to ensure team members maximize client-facing time and generate leads.
  • Monitor and guide the team to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective RFQ-to-PO conversion.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts during client visits and virtual discussions.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the centralized sourcing team for seamless RFQ and PO processing.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.

Market Expansion and Networking

  • Focus on expanding WCubes presence in Gurugram by targeting key industries like facility management, manufacturing, and office spaces.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business networking sessions.

Problem Solving and Escalations

  • Handle escalations from clients or team members promptly and effectively.
  • Assist the team in resolving complex client issues during field interactions or negotiations.

Compliance and Data Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines across all sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, RFQs, and sales data in the CRM system.

Key Metrics for Success

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets for the region.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rates.
  • RFQ to PO conversion rate improvement.
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Sales team performance, including adherence to office schedules and targets.
