Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager
to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving
revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and managing existing accounts.
The Enterprise Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong
relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
expand the customer base.
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to drive business growth.
• Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and
influencers within customer organizations.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to customers, showcasing the value
proposition of our products and services.
• Account Management:
• Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer
base.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in a
timely manner.
• Sales Process and Pipeline Management:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and customer
interactions.
• Collaboration and Team Leadership:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,
and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and
knowledge.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and market
insights, for senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and investments.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Revenue Generation:
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for new customer acquisition and existing
account growth.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, measured by customer
feedback and renewal rates.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Ensure a healthy and well-maintained sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and
timely deal closures.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, contributing to overall business
growth and market share expansion.
• Team Development:
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, providing support and
mentorship to team members.
• Reporting and Insights:
• Deliver accurate and insightful sales reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-
making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of
experience.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key
stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
