Sales Manger

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through channel networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours to highlight features and benefits to clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and market dynamics to provide informed advice.
• Negotiations: Facilitate discussions between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary legal paperwork, including agreements and contracts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans for listed properties, including digital and offline campaigns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive negotiation abilities.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
