Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead & Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Recruitment & Training: Hire and onboard new sales team members.
- Provide continuous training to the team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market awareness.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Set clear and measurable sales goals for the team and monitor their progress to ensure consistent performance.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and track the sales team's performance using KPIs and metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Provide feedback and adjustments to strategy when needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and prospects.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Handle Key Accounts: Manage and oversee key accounts and large deals to ensure customer needs are met and revenue targets are achieved.
