Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.

3. Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to customers.

4. Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

6. Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.

7. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

3. Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
