• Develops and executes monthly and annual marketing budgets.
• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth.
• Expansion of dealership products and services.
• Attending pertinent marketing/sales promotion meetings conducted by the manufacturer and dealer associations.
• Preparing marketing and other reports and presents them to dealership management.
• Bring Business Leads for Company.
• Keeping track of the latest trends, new platforms, and technologies in the automotive digital advertising space.
• Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
• Setting sales goals & developing strategies for achieving these goals.
• Managing a team of sales associates, which may include hiring, training, and motivating employees.
• Monitoring the sales teams performance & providing coaching & guidance as needed.
• Building & maintaining relationship with customers, Providing excellent customer service & handling complaints.
