Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. Both freshers and experienced professionals in the real estate industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Negotiate and close deals, handling client objections and providing after-sales support

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential & commercial).
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including economy, demographics, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
